The tour starts with the visit of the production path of the Parmigiano Reggiano, defined as the King of cheeses. A qualified staff will guide you through the processing phases, illustrating the various steps: from the cultivation of land with biological methods to the transformation of milk into cheese. Then, in the maturing warehouse, surrounded by more than 6000 shapes, you will be offered a taste of the products.
The tour will continue with a visit in a traditional Acetaia, a balsamic vinegar farm, with the story of the grapes used, visit of the cooking rooms, acetification and all the vinegars dedicated to aging in wooden barrels. Treat yourself with a delicious lunch and tastings of vinegars, selected from the barrels.
